I accept cash, credit card, and HSA/FSA cards. These will be charged at the time of visit.

I accept Medicare and Aetna insurance. I am not in-network with any other major insurers at this time. I do not accept Medicare Advantage plans - which are Medicare plans through health insurance companies.

It is always a good idea to call your insurance to ask about coverage for any given service. When you call, ask your insurer about coverage for “osteopathic manipulative treatment”.

I am happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit for out-of-network coverage. This means you pay for the service first, then submit the superbill for reimbursement. Please call your insurer to determine if out-of-network insurance is right for you.

Questions you may need to ask:

• how much is my out of network deductible?

• once my deductible is met, what percent of the bill is covered?

• the service you will want to ask about is “osteopathic manipulative treatment” if calling about OMT

No-shows, or late cancellations (cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, will be billed at 50%).

Please contact me directly if you have trouble paying for my services. I want osteopathy to be available to whoever needs it. I have a sliding scale available.
